## Description

* Support and troubleshoot large-scale Cisco enterprise network environments.
 * Manage and troubleshoot Cisco Software-Defined Access (SDA) fabrics and Catalyst Center.
 * Support Cisco ISE authentication, authorization, profiling, and endpoint onboarding.
 * Troubleshoot enterprise wireless environments, including RF optimization, roaming, and client connectivity.
 * Support Cisco Catalyst 9800 Wireless Controllers and Catalyst 9130/916x Access Points.
 * Manage and troubleshoot Cisco routing and switching infrastructure.
 * Support Cisco Nexus data center environments using VXLAN/EVPN and Nexus Dashboard / NDFC.
 * Troubleshoot and support Cisco Secure Firewall technologies.
 * Support hybrid networking and Azure connectivity, including ExpressRoute.
 * Troubleshoot network incidents and perform root cause analysis in production environments.
 * Participate in change, incident, and operational processes using ServiceNow.
 * Participate in a 24x7 operational support and on-call rotation.
 * Communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior management during critical incidents.
 * Maintain network reliability, availability, and operational excellence across the enterprise environment.
