Resolve technical issues related to application implementation and support product functionality troubleshooting. Perform necessary tests to ensure that all components of the technical architecture are properly implemented. Complete necessary project documentation. Provide basic application overview, technical support, and technical quality control throughout all stages of the project. Contribute to work plan creation, document issue resolution to knowledge base system, and support internal team members with technical issues. Provide proactive updates to the project manager and customers during the project and follow-up on project pending items and open issues until project closure. Integrate applications with Oracle, MSSQL, Flat Files, and other backend enterprise systems using ETL, XML, and scripting languages (integration specific only). Assist in the design effort on Enterprise Risk and Compliance Management projects. Design, review, and document the on-site architecture of software solutions, working with implementation teams and the customer IT teams. Design and monitor the development of an implementation infrastructure and framework. Create standard architecture (as built) documents to be used on projects by the deployment team (including subcontractors). Provide solutions to high-level and low-level design problems on both the company side and the client side.
