## About the Role

· Client interfacing position requires customer service background and the ability to respond to email and telephone inquiries.

· Coordination responsibilities involve procurement of systems access, engagement of vendors for telephony and data ensuring installations by target date through multiple request management tools.

· Fulfillment responsibilities involve basic PC & hardware deployments including but not limited to PC builds, installations including disconnect and reconnect, moves, adds and changes. A+ certification a plus.

· Environment is fast paced and the ability to adapt to changing business needs while remaining detail focused is critical. Technologies may include, but not limited to Windows 10,11, Microsoft Office Suites, O365, Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

Business Transformation, Our large financial client is looking for a PC/Hardware Deployment Technician to join their team on a long term contract. Ideal candidates should have experience performing moves, disconnects and reconnects. This is a hardware based role supporting moves, adds, changes, imaging, migrations and coordination of large move projects.

Candidates may work evening and weekends in addition to their 40 hours a week as needed. Must be open to overtime.
