Power Platform Developer (3+ years)Location: Henrico, VA (Onsite)Duration: 3 months contract with possibility to extensionScope: Client is seeking a supplier to design, develop, and implement a Licensing Application and Payment Portal for the Real Estate Appraiser Board. The solution will enable online submission, review, and approval of appraiser license applications and payments.Background: The initiative aims to modernize Client's licensing process through a secure, web-based portal built on the Microsoft Power Platform (Low-Code Application Platform) within the Commonwealth of Virginia's VITA environment. The project will include system integration with Client's existing EAGLES (licensing) and IRIS (document imaging) systems, while ensuring Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 accessibility compliance, HIPAA/security controls, and end-to-end workflow automation.Project Overview: The selected candidate will deliver:A pilot implementation of the Appraiser Licensing Application Portal using Power
