## About the Role

4+ years of experience in desktop or endpoint engineer

Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.

Experience is one core endpoint platform plus working PowerShell scripting ability.

 - Experience working directly with end users in a customer-focused technical support environment.

 - Familiarity with ticketing systems and structured incident-management processes.

 - Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.

 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 - Strong customer service skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Microsoft Endpoint Administrator Associate or Certified Associate/admin`

Experience with Windows 10 to 11 migrations or MEMDM intune migrations

Experience building reusable automation/scripting tools rather than one-off scripts

## Description

Our client, a rapidly growing publicly traded technology company, is seeking an Endpoint Engineer to join its Workplace Technology and Enterprise Operations team. This individual will own a technical domain (EX: MacOS/Windows Patching, Packaging pipeline) end to end. They will help lead a project or migration with limited requirements and establish a standard others follow.
