## About the Role

* Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline and 5 years of related engineering experience; OR a Master's degree in a STEM discipline and 3 years of related engineering experience; OR a PhD in a STEM discipline and 1 years of related engineering experience.

 * Active USG Secret clearance (with a background investigation within the past 5 years or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation).

 * Ability to obtain and maintain initial Special Access Program access via Program Access Request prior to commencement of employment or within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet business needs.

 * Ability to obtain and maintain subsequent SAP/PAR access following commencement of employment to fully support the statement of work.

 * Experience with Python or other scripting language

Preferred Qualifications:

 * Current applicable Special Access Program (SAP) clearance.

 * Active USG Top Secret or higher clearance (with a background investigation within the past 5 years or enrolled into Continuous Evaluation).

 * Experience in one or more Systems Engineering areas, including technical planning, system design development, verification and validation, cost/risk management, requirements management, or technical review support.

 * Familiarity with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and system architecture integration.

 * Familiarity with Systems Engineering tools, such as DOORS and Cameo

 * Experience with software development

 * Experience with HW/SW integration testing

 * Experience with Agile execution

## Description

* Perform requirements development, allocation, verification/validation planning and manage interface definition efforts.

 * Write complex specifications, interface control documents, and engineering reports.

 * Support interface/communication with program, functional and subsystem leads.

 * Maintain Systems Engineering artifacts following proper configuration management procedures.

 * Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure proper verification and validation of Systems Engineering artifacts

 * Possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills with excellent communications skills to support coordination across IPTs and with external customers.

 * Solicit input from various stakeholders and team members to synthesize data and communicate findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
