* 3+ years of IT Support, Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Technical Support experience

 * Familiarity with Active Directory, user account administration, and authentication troubleshooting
 * Experience diagnosing network connectivity issues
 * Strong communication and customer service skills
 * Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities, * Experience providing Tier 2 support in a business environment
 * Experience with ticketing systems
 * Exposure to Microsoft 365 administration and support
 * Experience supporting small to mid-sized user populations

## Description

Robert Half is seeking an experienced Tier 2 IT Support Specialist for a full-time contract opportunity in Lee, MA. This position is ideal for an IT professional who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting, supporting end users, and working closely with a collaborative IT team.

The selected candidate will provide technical support to employees, assist with desktop and user support issues, and help maintain daily IT operations. The initial contract is expected to last six months, with the potential for extension.

Responsibilities

 * Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to end users
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and user account issues
 * Assist with workstation deployments, upgrades, and replacements
 * Support user onboarding, offboarding, and access requests
 * Troubleshoot connectivity, authentication, and application-related issues
 * Document incidents, resolutions, and support procedures
 * Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues
 * Deliver professional and customer-focused support to end users
