Conduct impact analysis and assess change readiness, identifying key stakeholders and potential resistance points. Create and manage communication plans, sponsor roadmaps, coaching plans, training plans, and resistance management plans to support change initiatives. Provide training and coaching to managers, supervisors, and employees to help navigate transitions effectively. Collaborate with project teams and departments to integrate management activities with project plans and ensure smooth implementation. Monitor and evaluate change adoption, track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues affecting the change scope, schedule, or quality. Act as a coach for leaders and executives, helping them fulfill their role as change sponsors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
