## About the Role

What do you need to succeed in this position?

 * Bachelor degree with minimum 7 years of professional experience in the IT field, with at least 4 years in Java-based solutions, etc. (preferably Java 17 or above)
 * An in-depth knowledge of the Java platform, object-oriented programming, and dependency injection
 * Strong experience with Documentum upgrade
 * Strong experience in SOAP and RESTful web services
 * Very good knowledge of design patterns and best practices in software design
 * Solid experience with code quality metrics and test coverage
 * Solid experience in relational databases (preferably Oracle)
 * Solid experience in Java EE Application Servers (i.e., Wildfly)
 * Very good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
 * The ability to design and implement solutions with minimal supervision

## Description

* Work with a skilled team as an experienced key member on analysis, design, and implementation of Enterprise, Java-based solutions for our customers
 * Maintain and evolve existing software applications by analyzing and identifying areas for modification
 * Close cooperation with client teams and follow up business requirements
 * Produce and maintain technical and system documentation
 * Validate technical feasibility and propose alternative solutions
 * Coach and guide young team members
