## About the Role

Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 8 years work experience or equivalent experience, * Must hold an active Top Secret security clearance and be eligible to acquire additional SCI and SAP/SAR clearance in the future.

 * Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Engineering, Mathematics or Computer Science with a minimum work experience of 8+ years
 * Experience with Systems Engineering processes, methodologies, and tools
 * Ability to integrate software and troubleshoot issues for characterization
 * Experience with RF and RF/software test environments
 * Able to evaluate root cause and timely decision making

Preferred Skills and Education

 * Active TS/SCI security clearance
 * Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) experience
 * Experience performing systems engineering activities across the development cycle (analysis/decomposition/derivation/allocation of requirements, system modeling & simulation, system design & development, system integration & test)
 * Ability to integrate software and knowledge of Linux containers
 * RF, Radar, Electronic Warfare, SIGINT or Software Defined Radio experience
 * Experience with tools such as JIRA, Bitbucket, and Confluence
 * Hands-on experience with RF/SIGINT systems IVV and lab setups
 * Experience with Agile development

BAE Systems is seeking an experienced IVV Systems Engineer to support their C4ISR business area in Hudson, NH. In this position you would:

 * Provide Integration, Verification and Validation (IVV) support
 * Provide tasking in the development of requirements, design, integration and fielding of SIGINT capabilities
 * Utilize digital engineering and model-based systems engineering.
 * Support the preparation and delivery of technical presentations internally and for customer meetings
 * Perform system integration and the development of test plans and procedures
 * Perform Data Analysis
