The IT Infrastructure Department is looking for a detailed-oriented, organized, creative and technically savvy individual to join our IT Team. The selected candidate will report to the Director of IT Infrastructure Operations and will be responsible for supporting various parts of the Agency's IT Department Logistical Processes., * Develop, manage, and administer logistics policies, inventory control program systems; fulfill accurate and timely processing of orders for staff; as well as maintain asset management for existing assigned assets * Responsible for the full life cycle of implementing and supporting both physical and virtual assets, including ordering, shipping, receiving, tracking, configuring of equipment/assets, troubleshooting nonfunctioning equipment and record keeping * Independently complete compliance and surveillance initiatives, perform data cleanup and accuracy checks, documentation creation, provide timely reporting * Provide support to users throughout the agency by independently diagnosing and remediating issues using industry practices. This may include off standard hours support. * Respond to incoming phone calls, email messages, in person requests for support.
