In this role, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, serving as the subject matter expert for our client's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) ecosystem (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot). You will translate complex business needs into clear product roadmaps and actionable Agile backlogs while working closely with bilingual cross-functional teams to drive system optimization, streamline workflows, and enhance customer engagement., * Product Vision & Roadmap: Define, articulate, and maintain the CRM product vision and multi-year roadmap aligned with business objectives. * Backlog Management: Own, groom, and prioritize the Product Backlog.
