Participants will work on impactful projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and gain broad technical skills to accelerate their technology careers. Write clean, maintainable code, test and improve solutions, use AI-assisted development tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with Java, Python, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Node.js is helpful. * Data Science Engineer: Use data science, machine learning, generative AI, and software engineering to solve complex business challenges. Work with large datasets, build models and data pipelines, explore AI agents and automation, and turn insights into business impact. Experience with Python, SQL, machine learning, and data analysis is preferred; familiarity with R, Spark, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, or model evaluation is a plus. * Business Analytics Engineer: Use data, dashboards, automation, systems thinking, and AI tools to improve technical processes and operations. Partner across teams to connect people, processes, and systems, translate complex information into insights, and create practical solutions. Experience with analytics, dashboards, automation, and strong communication is preferred. * Network Engineer: Help plan, build, and operate advanced wireless and fiber networks, including 5G and fiber solutions. Use data, automation, AI/ML, and technical problem-solving to improve network performance, optimize operations, and support data-informed decisions.
