Minimum Skills * Ability to identify business processes that can benefit from AI-enabled improvements. * Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. * Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, automate tasks, or enhance decision-making. * Ability to write effective prompts and refine AI-generated outputs. * Strong communication skills to explain AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Ability to train, coach, or influence others in adopting new technologies. * Data analysis and information synthesis skills. Minimum Abilities * Ability to translate business challenges into AI-enabled solutions. * Ability to learn and adapt quickly as AI technologies evolve. * Ability to evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, quality, and business relevance. * Ability to lead organizational change and encourage adoption of new ways of working. * Ability to collaborate across functional teams and influence without direct authority. * Ability to balance innovation with risk management and governance requirements.
