 * Strong capability to lead a team while performing project management duties for HRIS systems

## Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting our client in hiring an interim Senior HRIS Administrator. This position will be 100% onsite in South Seattle and will be a full-time, long-term contract opportunity for our client.

This is responsible for leading the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Workday HRIS while serving as the primary technical liaison between HR and IT. The position partners with HR leadership to streamline processes, improve system functionality, ensure data integrity, and maximize the value of HR technologies. Key responsibilities include managing system upgrades and configurations, overseeing HRIS projects, developing reports and analytics, troubleshooting system issues, supporting integrations, and training users to drive adoption and efficiency across the organization.
