You are responsible for ensuring that critical business documentation processes drive standardization, consistent structuring and flow through the process and areoptimized for accessibility. You will bridge the gap between operational needs, technical systems, and regulatory requirements to drive standardized processes that enhance productivity and mitigate information risk.\n \n \nRoles and Responsibilities\n \n \n \n * W2W Process Stewardship: Own the entire lifecycle of documents from the planning and structuring flow to creation and ingestion to archiving and destruction. Map, document, and continuously improve processes to eliminate inefficiencies.\n * Governance & Compliance: Establish and enforce document standards, including metadata schemas, naming conventions, and security classifications. Ensure adherence to global compliance standards, data privacy laws, and industry-specific regulations.\n * System Optimization: Act as the business owner for the Document Management System (PLM). Partner with IT to define system requirements, oversee software updates, and champion the implementation of new tool platforms and automation tools to support process needs.\n * Performance Management: Establish KPIs for process and documentation health (e.g., compliance, standard usage (direct release), clear requirements and scoping (zero non applicable documents), structure and content quality, time-to-retrieve, storage utilization). Analyze data to provide actionable insights to leadership.\n * Change Management & Training: Lead change management to ensure global adoption of document standards. Develop training materials and conduct workshops for functional teams on effective document management practices. This also includes defining and leading Kaizen events, conducting Gemba, developing Standard Work, creating, and maintaining quality documents, procedures, and work instructions.\n * Audit Support: Serve as the primary subject matter expert during internal and external audits, providing evidence of process control and document integrity\n * Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a central point of contact for global teams, customers, and suppliers to ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
