In this role, the Systems Administrator will install hardware and software and participate in research and development. In addition, the individual must work proactively to perform the duties necessary to mitigate the disruption of services, by responding to outages and promptly resolving problems. This role requires being on-site 5 days a week. Responsibilities * Engaged in the operation and support of computer systems and peripherals for a large-scale government operation providing information technology common services to multiple agency tenant organizations * Works on virtualized environments, managing SANs/NAS devices, desktop services, and a variety of technologies supporting computing capabilities * Participates in complex operating systems, systems software planning and implementation, and production support activities * Interfaces with Contractor and Government personnel, confers with equipment and software vendors * Writes, edits, and prepares graphical presentations of technical information * Performs other tasks as required by OSC, the program manager, and site lead ## Related Videos - [Hate organising your photos?
