## Description

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Senior IT Specialist to support a mission-critical federal IT environment located in Camp Lejeune, NC. The Senior IT Specialist will provide Tier III engineering, troubleshooting, and operational support for enterprise networking and IT infrastructure, with a focus on network modernization, system upgrades, and maintaining operational continuity., * Provide Tier III troubleshooting and engineering support for enterprise networks, IT systems, and storage networking.

 * Perform advanced system installation, integration, configuration, and operational support.
 * Design and oversee network upgrades, technology refreshes, and new infrastructure installations.
 * Troubleshoot and optimize IP networking, DNS, DHCP, routing protocols, and IPv6 environments.
 * Coordinate network and infrastructure changes with cybersecurity teams.
 * Support enterprise, regional, and local network operations to maintain availability and performance.
 * Assist with network recovery, modernization, and infrastructure improvement initiatives.
