 * Strong Oracle PL/SQL and SQL skills.
 * Experience with ADO.NET.
 * Experience with Corticon or business rules engines.
 * Experience with TFS / Team Foundation Server.
 * Strong application debugging, troubleshooting, and production support experience.
 * Good understanding of SDLC, application design, development, testing, and deployment.
 * Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
 * Prior State Government/Public Sector experience is preferred.

## Description

* Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET, and MVC.
 * Develop and maintain web applications using AngularJS.
 * Develop and optimize Oracle PL/SQL and SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and packages.
 * Use ADO.NET for database connectivity and data access.
 * Develop and maintain business rules using Corticon.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, production issues, and performance problems.
 * Perform root-cause analysis and implement effective bug fixes.
 * Provide production support and resolve incidents within required timelines.
 * Participate in application design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
 * Use TFS for source control, work-item tracking, and code management.
 * Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, developers, and other technical teams.
