The successful candidate must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S. (or, green card holder), protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State. * High School Diploma or equivalent * Basic understanding of production scheduling * Highly organized and capable of multi-tasking in a deadline driven environment * Intermediate math skills and understanding of geometry * Knowledge of additive manufacturing technology * Proficiency in the English language verbal, reading and written * Basic computer skills email and proficiency with Microsoft Office * Ability to work well with others in a team Nice to have: * A minimum of 2 years of previous work experience with additive machines * Proficiency with CAD software * Knowledge of machine operating hardware and software * Some understanding of plastic properties * Ability to work overtime and weekends ## Description We are seeking a skilled Additive Manufacturing Programmer to join our team, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless production of high-quality parts. Your primary responsibility will be evaluating customer data to confirm manufacturability with specific technologies, creating accurate build files, and providing ongoing support for machine operations. You will work closely with engineering, quality, and finishing teams to address any process variations and overcome manufacturing challenges. Your key responsibilities include adhering to best manufacturing practices, maintaining document control, and generating comprehensive manufacturing travelers. In addition to these duties, you may be called upon to back up machine operations, update workflow system statuses, track machine/material performance KPIs, and assist with floor maintenance. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a cutting-edge manufacturing environment while enhancing operational efficiency and quality.
