## About the Role

* Experience in the commissioning process and systems start-up.
 * Proficiency in managing a Master Equipment List (MEL).
 * Bachelor's Degree in engineering, construction, facilities management, or a related field.
 * Six years of experience in MEPF coordination, commissioning, or systems start-up.
 * Strong verbal and written communication skills.
 * Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
 * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
 * Awareness of ASHRE standards and codes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

 * Experience with equipment lists, O&M manuals, and training coordination.
 * Familiarity with CMMS and asset management systems.
 * Strong documentation and organizational skills.
 * Ability to collaborate with field teams, vendors, and clients.
 * Valid driver's license.
