## About the Role

Required

 * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
 * 10+ years in semiconductor systems engineering, applications, or product definition.
 * Strong understanding of power electronics, topologies, and analog/mixed-signal ICs.
 * Proven ability to translate complex system needs into actionable hardware specifications.

Preferred

 * Master's degree or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering.
 * Experience defining PMICs, multi-phase regulators, or power trees for AI or Automotive systems.
 * Familiarity with simulation, power integrity, thermal/EMI constraints, and silicon validation.
 * Experience with GaN, SiC, and BCD processes/products
 * 3+ yrs in IC Design
 * Holds multiple patents in semiconductor product/circuit or power topology design.

## Description

* R&D Innovation: Identify breakthrough product concepts for high-impact markets like Automotive/EV, Data Centers, and AI Infrastructure.
 * Cross-BG Collaboration: Partner with GaN, SiC, and MOS teams to define future power trees and architectures.
 * Product Definition: Translate customer requirements into technical IC specifications and Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
 * Technical Bridge: Act as the core technical link between external customers and internal analog/digital design and validation teams.
 * Feasibility & Strategy: Conduct performance, cost, and risk feasibility studies to maximize technical differentiation.
