 * Two years of similar or related experience preferred.
 * Two-year college degree or completion of a specialized certification preferred; Training or transferable skills will also be considered.

## Description

We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician To provide hardware, software, and communication support to maintain the efficiency of the computer systems installed., * Provides technical assistance with hardware, software, mobile devices and communication problems encountered by staff, both at onsite locations and remotely as needed.

 * Monitors and makes system updates/modifications for the Credit Union's computer systems.
 * Oversees the full lifecycle of user account management within Active Directory and various systems.
 * Researches, modifies, tests, and installs hardware and software additions or replacements.
 * Maintains company documentation standards for proper issue tracking and end user support, writes concise informative tickets, and follows up on all tickets to resolution.
