If you are a methodical problem-solver dedicated to upholding the highest standards of network reliability, we invite you to contribute your expertise to our growing team.\n \n, * Certifications: At least CCNA(Cisco Certified Network Associate) or equivalent certification. Certifications in security, OS, and automation are a plus.\n * Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a network support or TAC, ideally with exposure to enterprise or datacenter environments.\n * Strong understanding of layer 2 and layer 3 technologies and protocols.\n * In-depth knowledge of TCP, UDP, Multicast, and Network Virtualization.\n * Vendor agonistic knowledge across firewall technologies.\n * Analytical problems solving skills.\n * Experience with network performance monitoring, scripting languages and automation (Docker, Python, Ansible) is a plus.\n * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex IT issues to nontechnical stakeholders.\n ## Description * Network Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve network related issues, both hardware and software, ensuring minimal downtime.\n * Layer 2 & Layer 3 Support: Provide troubleshooting support for routing and switching environments.\n * UTM Firewall Management: Work with UTM firewalls to update security and traffic polices, debug traffic flows and firewall rules.\n * Network Configuration Design and Validation: Review and validate network configurations to ensure they align with company standards and best practices.\n * Performance Monitoring: Utilize network monitoring tools to validate the health and performance of all network systems.\n * Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate network documentation, including configurations and diagrams to accurately depict steady state information.\n * Collaboration: Work closely with other IT team members, vendors and customers located throughout the world.\n * Incident Response: Act as a point of contact for resolving network related incidents and outages.
