Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success) * Some college coursework in a science-related field. * Experience in the food manufacturing or food processing industry. * Experience using SAP. * One to two years of food safety, quality assurance, production, or related experience. * Experience operating inspection, measurement, weighing, metal detection, or quality verification equipment. Work Environment * Ability to work in hot, cold, wet, frozen, dusty, and loud manufacturing environments. * Frequent exposure to moving mechanical equipment. * Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hearing protection, and bump caps as needed. * Ability to maintain sanitary work practices and comply with all safety procedures and standard operating procedures. * Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and alternative schedules as business needs require. ## Description We are seeking a Technician I, FSQA-Bakery to join our team. As a Technician I, FSQA-Bakery, you will be accountable for supporting food safety and quality assurance programs through inspection, sampling, testing, documentation, and process verification activities.
