## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as Engineering, Systems or Computer Science degree
 * 10 plus years of experience in systems engineering
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 * Ability to work under minimal supervision

WE VALUE

 * Advanced Engineering degrees like AE (Aerospace Engineering), SE (Systems Engineering)
 * Experience with IMA IO and IO Scheduling Tools (ESCAPE, PCT, HARMONIC)
 * Familiarity with the NGA System Architecture
 * Experience with Simulink or similar model-based design tool
 * Experience in complex system integration projects
 * Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
 * Knowledge of change management practices
 * Knowledge of system certification requirements and documentation

## Description

You will report directly to one of our Next-Gen Avionics Engineering Managers and you'll work out of our north Phoenix, Arizona location on a hybrid work schedule.
