We're looking for someone who is: * A strong technical troubleshooter * Security-minded and proactive about risk * Comfortable supporting multiple sites and technologies * Organized and effective at managing competing priorities * Strong at documenting systems, configurations, and processes * Collaborative with both technical and nontechnical teams * Comfortable taking ownership during infrastructure incidents * Curious about new technologies and continuous improvement ## Description We're looking for an experienced Network & Infrastructure Administrator to help manage, secure, and modernize the technology infrastructure that supports TDK-Lambda Americas. In this role, you'll work across our North American locations supporting enterprise networks, servers, Microsoft 365, cloud services, cybersecurity, virtualization, backup and recovery, and endpoint technologies. You'll partner with local and global IT teams to keep critical business and manufacturing systems secure, reliable, and available while supporting ISO 27001 and corporate IT standards. If you enjoy solving complex infrastructure problems, working across multiple technologies, and taking ownership of systems that keep an organization running, this role offers plenty of opportunity to make an impact. What You'll Do * Administer and support enterprise LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, wireless, internet, and remote-access environments across multiple locations. * Manage firewalls, routers, switches, wireless infrastructure, network segmentation, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, routing, and network access controls. * Monitor network performance, availability, bandwidth, and capacity while supporting network redundancy and disaster recovery planning. * Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, VMware vSphere, and related Microsoft infrastructure. * Perform server patching, upgrades, maintenance, migrations, and lifecycle management. * Support Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Intune. * Administer identity and access management, MFA, Conditional Access, and cloud security configurations. * Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls in support of ISO 27001 and corporate security requirements. * Support endpoint protection, vulnerability management, security monitoring, incident response, patch management, and security audits. * Maintain enterprise backup and recovery solutions, including Veeam, and participate in disaster recovery testing and business continuity planning. * Support enterprise endpoint management, software deployment, configuration updates, and hardware lifecycle processes. * Participate in infrastructure upgrades, modernization projects, office relocations, facility expansions, and manufacturing infrastructure initiatives. * Coordinate with vendors, consultants, service providers, and global IT teams. * Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for complex network, server, cloud, and security issues. * Perform root cause analysis and develop corrective actions for major infrastructure incidents., * Work across a broad technology stack rather than being limited to one area of IT. * Support infrastructure that directly impacts manufacturing, engineering, and business operations. * Gain hands-on experience across networking, cloud, cybersecurity, virtualization, and disaster recovery. * Participate in modernization and infrastructure improvement projects. * Collaborate with local and global IT teams. * Help strengthen the organization's cybersecurity and ISO 27001 initiatives. * Build your technical career within a global technology organization. Travel & Work Environment This is a hands-on infrastructure role supporting multiple TDK-Lambda locations. Occasional travel may be required to facilities including Hauppauge, Neptune, Plano, San Diego, Williamstown, and other locations. International travel may also be required based on business needs. The position may require occasional work outside normal business hours for planned infrastructure maintenance or emergency support.
