 * 8+ years in consulting and/or senior roles within financial services or technology-enabled environments.
 * Experience in technology strategy and digital transformation, IT operations, cloud, and data platform modernization, and advanced analytics and AI enablement.
 * Proven track record of leading complex, multi-workstream engagements and delivering client impact across geographies.
 * Ability to engage senior executives and articulate technology concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
 * Deep understanding of financial services technology domains such as capital markets, commercial and retail banking, and payments.
 * Strong leadership skills with experience managing large, distributed teams and fostering collaboration and innovation.
 * Ability to travel as client needs require.

## Description

* Lead client delivery teams to ensure high-quality execution of technology transformation programs that deliver measurable business outcomes.
 * Advise on IT strategy and operating models, shaping modernization roadmaps across infrastructure, applications, and digital platforms.
 * Drive and expand senior-level client relationships; serve as a key contact for Data, Analytics & AI initiatives and partner with account teams to grow the practice.
 * Oversee major programs including cloud migration, technology rationalization, and advanced analytics enablement for leading organizations.
 * Develop thought leadership and methodologies that position RGP as a leader in digital transformation and technology advisory.
 * Mentor and inspire team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous learning within the consulting team.
 * Partner with practice leadership to innovate, build internal capability, and support strategic growth initiatives, including business development and talent acquisition.
