The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills and will play a crucial role in supporting the IT Manager in overseeing daily business operations and facilitating the growth of our company. This position is based on-site with flexible remote work options., * Provide technical support to customers experiencing software-related issues

 * Assist with software installations and upgrades for customers
 * Document and track all support issues and resolutions
 * Train customers on how to use the software effectively
