* Associate degree in computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience

 + Experience managing WSUS and Windows Update processes
 + Experience configuring Windows Update Rings in Intune

o Exchange Online

## Description

As a Technology Specialist I, you will work as part of a team providing a full range of technical support for technology systems throughout Killington/Pico Ski Resorts. This role supports both guest facing and internal systems, including video surveillance, web cams, lodge monitors, digital signage, cable/IP TV services, RFID, POS systems, desktops/laptops, and resort-wide music infrastructure. Responsibilities include installation, configuration, deployment, maintenance, analysis, troubleshooting, documentation, and user support across a diverse technology environment., Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

 * Technology Support & Field Systems
 + Research and analyze technical needs and resources across the resort, developing working knowledge of operational workflows
 + Research and recommend hardware and software solutions
 + Install, configure, and support POS systems and peripherals
 + Provide technical support for RFID infrastructure, including gate configuration and hardware/software support
 + Support speakers, amplifiers, and music streaming devices throughout the resort
 + Configure and support desktops and laptops
 + Install, configure, and maintain:
o IP cameras
o Digital signage boards
o Music subscription services
o Speakers
o Cable/IP TV services
o Cabling and device connectivity

 + Perform ongoing maintenance of supported devices and systems
 * Service Management & Documentation
 + Respond to support requests via Freshservice, email, and telephone
 + Document, track, and monitor tickets to ensure timely resolution
 + Maintain system and process documentation
 + Participate in on-call rotations and provide - support as -
 + Provide training and share knowledge with IT team members
 * Collaboration & Customer Service
 + Work closely with supervisors, team members, other departments, vendors, and external partners
 + Follow Killington Hospitality Guidelines and deliver superior service to guests and end-users
 + Perform other duties as assigned
