## About the Role

* Strong customer service and communication skills
 * Experience with Windows environments, desktop support, and hardware troubleshooting
 * Familiarity with imaging, deployments, and ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
 * Reliable transportation for occasional local travel
 * Healthcare experience is a plus but not required

## Description

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, supporting end users, and delivering outstanding customer service., * Provide desktop support for clinical and administrative staff

 * Deploy, image, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals
 * Perform hardware break/fix support and equipment replacements
 * Manage and resolve tickets through ServiceNow
 * Support technology rollouts and day-to-day IT operations across multiple locations
