## About the Role

* 2+ years of NOC, Network Operations, or network monitoring experience
 * Experience with network alarms and fault management
 * Knowledge of network troubleshooting and fault isolation
 * Experience with ticketing and incident management
 * Strong communication and documentation skills
 * Ability to work independently and support overnight operations
 * Must be flexible with shift work and the required onsite schedule

Preferred

 * Nokia network experience
 * Telecommunications or wireless network experience
 * Managed Services or Service Assurance experience
 * Tier II/Tier III technical escalation experience

## Description

We are seeking a NOC Technician to monitor network alarms, troubleshoot network issues, manage tickets, and escalate outages to the appropriate technical teams.
