As a Senior Consultant/Consultant in our China Business Consulting practice, you will be the bridge between business vision and technology execution. You will not just advise; you will ensure our clients-top-tier life sciences companies-successfully adopt and maximize the value of Veeva's commercial cloud. This role specifically focuses on Change Management, System Evaluation & Assessment, and Business Analysis, helping clients navigate the complexities of digital transformation in the dynamic Chinese market. What You'll Do * Change Management & Adoption: Lead organizational change management (OCM) workstreams for large-scale digital transformation projects. Design adoption strategies, communication plans, and training programs to ensure Field Force and Medical teams embrace new commercial models. * System & Technology Assessment: Conduct deep-dive assessments of clients' current commercial technology stacks. Identify gaps between business needs and system capabilities, and recommend "To-Be" architectures that leverage Veeva's full ecosystem. * Business Analysis & Requirement Translation: Act as a lead Business Analyst (BA).
