## Description

* Provide operational Linux systems administration, troubleshooting, and customer support for a cloud analytics platform.
 * Maintain day-to-day operations stability and support managed infrastructure running Kubernetes, Hadoop, and Accumulo.
 * Assist with platform monitoring, performance tuning, and operational automation using modern DevOps tools., * Deliver Tier 1 through Tier 3 operational support and technical troubleshooting in a cloud Linux environment.
 * Maintain and administer RedHat/CentOS systems, networking configurations, and DNS infrastructure.
 * Support containerized applications and cluster management utilizing Docker and Kubernetes.
 * Manage and maintain big data infrastructure components including Hadoop, Accumulo, and HDFS.
 * Develop automation and administrative scripts using Python and Bash.
 * Utilize configuration management and orchestration tools such as Ansible or Salt.
 * Monitor system health and performance metrics using Prometheus and Grafana.
 * Proactively identify and resolve system defects to ensure 24/7 service availability.
