## Description

Lockheed Martin is seeking a passionate and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Aeronautics team in Pinellas Park, FL. In this role, you'll be a key partner to business leaders and employees, driving human resources initiatives and fostering a positive work environment. If you're ready to make a meaningful impact and help shape the future of HR at Lockheed Martin, we want to hear from you!, As an HR Business Partner, you will provide strategic and tactical HR support to our Aeronautics site in Pinellas Park, FL. Your responsibilities will include:

 * Partnering with business leaders to deliver HR programs and business-focused solutions.
 * Managing employee relations and providing guidance to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
 * Coordinating staffing plans, supporting onboarding, and collaborating with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to drive talent strategies.

Responsible for designing and driving human capital initiatives to align with business objectives for assigned client groups. Serves as a consultant to leadership on human resource-related issues. Acts as an employee champion and change agent. Assesses and anticipates human capital requirements and opportunities, partnering with functional experts to develop and implement integrated solutions. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business units financial position, strategic plans, culture and competition.
