Apply knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

 - Utilize development tools such as Eclipse, Git, RSA, and testing tools like HP Test Director/Quality Center, QTP, NeoLoad, and qTest.
 - Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
 - Preferably possess knowledge of Curam application, FNS/SNAP Program policy, front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), Spring Framework, Hibernate, and UNIX platforms.
 - Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
 - Engage effectively with system developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders.

## Description

Support development and implementation of NC FAST Operations and Maintenance for the FNS Program at NC DHHS.

 - Contribute to the full lifecycle of Java-based applications in a collaborative team environment.
 - Write, develop, and execute manual and automated test scripts using TOSCA, junit, and jmockit.
 - Perform manual testing and automated testing to ensure software quality.
 - Assist senior developers in building, testing, debugging, and maintaining Java applications and features.
 - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry standards and best practices.
 - Participate in code reviews; provide and receive constructive feedback.
 - Work with databases, including executing SQL for validation and integration into applications.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.
 - Debug and resolve software defects to ensure application stability.
 - Contribute to system documentation and process improvement initiatives.
