## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
 * 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or related field
 * Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
 * Strong understanding of networking and security principles
 * Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
 * Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
 * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
 * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, * Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
 * Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
 * Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
 * Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark)
 * Familiarity with machine learning and AI concepts

## Description

On-site in either Norfolk, VA or San Diego, CA or Honolulu, HI Our client seeks a Site Reliability Engineer to focus on reliability, performance, and scalability of critical systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining highly available systems., * Design and implement scalable, reliable, and efficient systems

 * Monitor system performance and identify bottlenecks
 * Implement automated monitoring and alerting systems
 * Ensure high availability and disaster recovery solutions
 * Collaborate with development teams to ensure system reliability
 * Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues
 * Optimize system performance and resource utilization
