 * Strong analysis skills for diagnosing complex technical problems quickly and accurately

## Description

* Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for hardware, software, and network issues across the organization
 * Manage help desk systems and customer support ticketing platforms to ensure timely resolution of user requests
 * Support computer networking tasks including LAN (Local Area Network), VPN (Virtual Private Network), DNS (Domain Name System), TCP/IP protocols, firewalls, and network security measures
 * Assist with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems to resolve operating system-related problems and optimize system performance
 * Manage Active Directory for user account creation, permissions, GPO (Group Policy Objects), and account maintenance
 * Support hardware equipment including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals by troubleshooting and performing repairs or replacements as needed
 * Maintain IT infrastructure documentation, perform routine analysis of system logs, and recommend improvements for network security and efficiency
