Emphasis on Computer Science, Clinical, or a related field is preferred. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a similar role, including Epic reporting writing SQL queries and stored procedures using Clarity/Caboodle databases; experience in a hospital setting required. * Current Epic certification training in Clarity and Caboodle data models (Epic Business Intelligence Developer track) is required. Revenue Data Model is preferred. * Demonstrated advanced proficiency in writing SQL queries and stored procedures for Clarity and Caboodle databases. * Proven experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, Crystal Reports, and Business Objects. * Working knowledge of Epic Cogito analytical tools including Radar dashboards, RW SQL metrics, Reporting Workbench reports and extracts, and SlicerDicer. * Experience in leading projects, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and meeting established deadlines. * Ability to lead meetings between business stakeholders, technical resources, and third parties to discuss business requirements and technical solutions. * Strong attention to detail, with excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders. * Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
