The successful candidate must be comfortable operating independently, identifying risks and gaps, developing strategy, and clearly presenting plans and status to management., * 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management, Infrastructure Delivery, UAT/Test Management, or a similar technology delivery role. * Demonstrated experience developing UAT strategy and owning testing through execution and completion. * Experience supporting infrastructure migrations, office relocations, technology deployments, or similarly complex infrastructure initiatives. * Working knowledge of multiple infrastructure domains, including network, end-user computing, telephony, AV, security, and related infrastructure services. * Proven ability to quickly understand a new technology environment and independently develop an effective delivery/testing approach. * Strong project ownership with demonstrated ability to proactively identify issues, determine risk, drive resolution, and escalate appropriately. * Experience coordinating multiple cross-functional technology teams and driving deliverables to completion. * Strong executive communication and presentation skills, including the ability to create succinct and accurate PowerPoint presentations and confidently present to management. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Strong status reporting, tracking, and data analysis skills using Excel and other project management tools. * Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with limited day-to-day direction. Preferred Skills: * Financial Services experience. * Experience with Business Continuity Management, operational resilience, or Disaster Recovery. * Experience validating infrastructure resiliency as part of UAT or technology implementation. * Experience working within regulated or highly controlled enterprise environments. * Familiarity with formal change management, risk management, and technology governance processes. * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
