Preferred: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. Reporting Relationships: * SAP Business Analyst Level II reports to the SAP Manager. Physical Requirements: * Ability to sit at a computer terminal for extended periods of time. * Ability to travel up to 10-20% of the time (may include international travel). * Ability to lift up to 15 pounds. ## Description An SAP Business Analyst Level II is responsible for supporting the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of solutions within their functional area of expertise (Finance, Sales, Merchandising, RFS, Customer Service & Returns Management). A Level II executes assigned project tasks within established timelines and works closely with senior analysts, managers, and business stakeholders to support business processes and system enhancements. The Level II assists in identifying and resolving system issues, gathering business requirements, and supporting user adoption of new functionality.
