Mechanical Systems * Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC and environmental control systems. * Support plumbing systems installation, repair, and maintenance activities. * Operate and maintain backup generator systems and fuel infrastructure. * Service fire detection, fire suppression, and life safety systems. * Support building automation systems (BAS), temperature controls, and other digital monitoring platforms. Electrical Systems * Assist with the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of electrical distribution systems within a critical facilities environment. * Support electrical maintenance planning, scheduling, and energy management initiatives. * Ensure compliance with change management processes, operational standards, and safety requirements. * Develop a strong understanding of facility electrical design and system functionality. Work Order & Vendor Management * Receive, prioritize, and complete preventive and corrective maintenance work orders. * Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to document work performed and close out maintenance activities. * Coordinate with facility leadership to identify required materials, parts, and resources. * Oversee and support third-party vendors and contractors performing maintenance or project work onsite. Emergency Response & Safety * Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations including equipment failures, power events, fire alarms, evacuations, and other critical incidents. * Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, reliability, and safety. * Evaluate and monitor contractor and employee adherence to established safety procedures and work practices. * Perform fire alarm system enablement and disablement activities as required for maintenance operations., Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): We may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support parts of our hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates.
