You will partner with cross-functional teams across operations, Customer Care, Planning, Quality, IT, Analytics, and third-party logistics providers to improve fulfillment performance, scalability, and value realization. You will report to the Global Fulfillment Center of Excellence Manager and have a hybrid work schedule., * Improve consistency and efficiency across global fulfillment centers by developing standards, procedures, best practices, training programs, and audit routines that ensure compliance and continuous improvement. * Manage two to three major transformation projects concurrently, including scope definition, milestone planning, resource alignment, risk management, communication, implementation, and project closure. * Lead project intake, prioritization, and governance activities by maintaining visibility to scope, status, risks, dependencies, decision rights, and escalations across multiple initiatives. * Define and measure value realization across cost, service, productivity, and throughput metrics, partnering with analysts to validate and report project outcomes. * Coordinate with operations, Customer Care, Planning, Quality, IT, Analytics, and third-party logistics partners to drive alignment, remove roadblocks, and deliver leadership-ready recommendations. ## Related Videos - [Robots are coming into the wild!
