Able to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences with ease. * Strong SQL skills and experience querying relational databases and working with large datasets. * Experience building production dashboards and reports in BI tools such as Amazon QuickSight, Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms. * Experience translating business questions into metrics, analyses, datasets, and dashboards. * Strong understanding of data visualization and dashboard design, including how to present complex information clearly and effectively. * Ability to understand data models, relationships between datasets, and how data flows from source systems into reporting environments. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to investigate unexpected results and identify the root cause of data discrepancies. * Strong attention to detail and a high level of ownership over the accuracy and reliability of reporting. * Ability to communicate technical and analytical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. * Experience working cross-functionally with business, technology, and data teams. * Ability to manage multiple reporting and analytics priorities in a fast-moving environment. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field preferred.
