This individual collaborates with leadership, faculty, researchers, administrative units, and the informatics team to translate complex questions into clear, actionable insights. The role requires deep technical skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to bring structure and maturity to analytics workflows, documentation, cataloging, and training practices. Candidates should excel at making data understandable and useful for diverse audiences with varying levels of technical expertise., * Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions supporting clinical care, educational outcomes, research operations, and administrative planning and apply statistical, qualitative analysis techniques to derive insights from complex datasets. * Build high-quality, intuitive dashboards and visualization products using tools such as Power BI or Tableau. * Identify areas where automation, improved data modeling, or AI augmentation can enhance reporting and workflow efficiency.
