## About the Role

* High School Diploma and 2+ years of experience in Security related field.
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Applications.
 * Ability to interpret and follow specific written and oral instructions to meet deadlines.
 * Demonstrate experience in Personnel Security (PERSEC) or a comparable administrative role with a strong focus on compliance.
 * Skilled in using security systems, including Defense Information Security System (DISS).
 * Ability to conduct thorough and precise weekly audits, analyzing data and running queries to identify even minor discrepancies within large datasets.

Clearance Requirements:

 * Must have an active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI.

Physical Requirements:

 * Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
 * Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
 * Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery.
 * Frequently communicates with executive leadership, co-workers, and government stakeholders, including preparing and delivering formal presentations; must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

## Description

* Manage the complete lifecycle of badge requests, from initial intake through timely processing, documentation, and fulfillment.
 * Maintain accurate and secure facility access by creating, modifying, and terminating records within the access control system.
 * Develop and manage badge templates to ensure brand consistency and adherence to security protocols.
 * Oversee in-person badge scheduling and onsite printing.
 * Conduct routine database maintenance, including database cleanups and security audits, to ensure system integrity and compliance with organizational standards and security policies.
 * Performing fingerprinting and citizenship verifications.
 * Manage security mailbox, professionally triaging and resolving all inquiries and requests and perform a variety of administrative/clerical support functions in support of Corporate Security.
