 * Experience in system integration, OEM/ODM collaboration, or consumer electronics is a plus.
 * Self-driven, organized, and capable of balancing development work with coordination responsibilities.

## Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Software Developer & Integration Lead who combines strong technical capabilities with a clear understanding of product delivery. This role blends hands-on development with coordination responsibilities, supporting platform software efforts and ensuring that integration across internal and external teams aligns with product goals and quality expectations.
Responsibilities

 * Software Development: Contribute to platform software using Linux-based systems, RTOS, DSP integration, and other middleware technologies.
 * Product Delivery Support: Participate in cross-functional meetings to represent software and audio technology interests, track progress, and help drive delivery-acting as a delegate for the software manager when needed.
 * Integration Oversight: Identify and help resolve integration issues across software components and partner deliverables.
 * Platform Scalability: Contribute to the development of reusable, scalable software components that support future product lines.
 * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with systems, QA, and security teams to ensure comprehensive coverage and compliance.
 * Documentation & Reporting: Maintain technical notes, integration matrices, and progress reports to support transparency and alignment.
