## About the Role

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

 * Experienced with large, global projects and is responsible for the overall quality of delivery on the assigned project.
 * Complete life cycle implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) on Siemens OpCenter (earlier Camstar)
 * Experience in Solution Architecture, Camstar Designer and CIO
 * Experience in Camstar Upgrade
 * Experience in leading the requirements definition and MES implementation of the Factory Model
 * Domain experience in Life Science
 * Knowledge of interfaces with the Camstar MES application and external applications like ERP, LIMS, Equipment, HMI etc.
 * Should have a fair understanding of computer system validations process.
 * Knowledge of SQL, * Good communication skills, adaptable, fast learner, committed and driven to set and achieve team goals
 * Good leadership abilities; able to coordinate and direct phases of project based efforts while supervising, motivating and leading project teams
 * Must possess excellent ability to facilitate effective communication.
 * Good Team skill.

## Description

* The individual will function as Solution Architect and responsible to Upgrade Plans, Design, Code and Develop CIO Maps and Workflows
 * An important skill required is the ability to understand the user requirements and processes.
 * She/he will be responsible for the overall site implementation of Camstar
 * Responsible to distribute the work within team members.
