This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations. Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable. The vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. ## Description * Serves as a Development Lead, Sustainment Lead or Sustainment Subject Matter Expert (SME). * Provides expert-level knowledge of sustainment life cycle management activities for programs and project operations. * Analyzes functional business applications and design specifications for functional areas such as finance, accounting, personnel, manpower , logistics , and contracts. * Develops block diagrams and logic flowcharts. * Translates detailed design into computer software. * Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and refines the computer software to produce the required product. * Prepares required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation. * Enhances software to reduce operating time and improve efficiency. * Provides technical direction to programmers, as required, to ensure that program deadlines are met. * Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results., The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of the job.
