## About the Role

Experience troubleshooting Windows environments, Microsoft 365 applications, and common hardware/software issues.
Knowledge of Active Directory, account management, and identity/access management processes.
Experience using ticketing and IT service management (ITSM) platforms.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

 * AWS GovCloud/SC2S/C2S and GCP cloud platforms Nutanix host and cluster
configuration, management with Prism Central, and NDFS configuration/management

 * Cisco switching, routing, firewalling, and site-to-site functionality (such as IPSEC,
DMVPN, and SD-WAN)

 * Locally hosted GPU servers
 * Multi-tenant Cross-Domain Solutions (CDS)
 * Infrastructure?as?Code (Terraform, Ansible)
 * Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift)
 * Cloud?native security implementation and security accreditation processes
 * Advanced GitLab CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices
 * Enterprise database services (RDS, RDS Aurora, DynamoDB)
 * Serverless architectures (Lambda)
 * Cloud networking and VPC configuration

Gridiron IT is seeking a Help Desk Technician to support a federal program on a remote basis., We are seeking a Help Desk Technician. This role serves as a primary point of contact for IT support, delivering timely issue resolution while ensuring a high level of customer service and operational continuity.

The ideal candidate will independently diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, manage the full ticket lifecycle, support identity and access management processes, and collaborate with infrastructure and engineering teams to maintain a secure and reliable digital workplace.
